INGREDIENTS
2 cups celery, diced
2 lbs. zucchini, diced
2 cans tomato, diced
2 green peppers, diced
1 cup onions, diced
2 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp bruschetta blend
bruschetta mix: 1 tsp each: garlic powder, sea salt, oregano, parsley, basil, onion powder
1 tsp dried basil
¼ tsp garlic powder
4-6 cups veggie broth
DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients to crockpot and cook 4-6 hours on low.
