Salad In A Jar

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • handful of kidney beans (cooked)

  • red/green bell peppers

  • corn

  • cucumber

  • celery

  • tomato

  • tofu

  • nuts

  • raisins/cranberries

  • handful kale

  • handful spinach

  • handful red leaf lettuce

DIRECTIONS

Place dressing in bottom of a jar. Layer sturdy veggies first, then delicate on top. Seal and refrigerate or place in insulated bag until ready to use.

Pour salad out or shake until mixed and eat out of jar.
