INGREDIENTS
2lb tofu
1½ tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
¾ cup onions, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp agave
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp dry mustard
¼ tsp paprika
½ tsp celery seed
1 tsp dried dill
1 tbsp dry chives
¾ cup water
DIRECTIONS
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve over salad, as dip, or as sandwich spread!
