Ingredients:
6 cups veggie broth
3 cups uncooked brown rice
1 cup dehydrated broccoli florets
1 cup boiling water
Directions:
Place 6 cups water and rice in pot or rice cooker.
In a heatproof bowl, combine dehydrated broccoli and boiling water, cover, and let sit a few minutes to partially dehydrated broccoli.
Drain off any extra water and add to rice.
Add spices as desired.
