Dehydrated Broccoli Rice Side Dish

Note: This recipe is made with Dehydrated Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups veggie broth

  • 3 cups uncooked brown rice

  • 1 cup dehydrated broccoli florets

  • 1 cup boiling water

Directions:

  • Place 6 cups water and rice in pot or rice cooker.

  • In a heatproof bowl, combine dehydrated broccoli and boiling water, cover, and let sit a few minutes to partially dehydrated broccoli.

  • Drain off any extra water and add to rice.

  • Add spices as desired.
